COVID-19 Recommendations

We are planning to run a face-to-face PSA ASC however, should health advice and recommendations impede this, the PSA ASC will be adapted for the benefit of participating parties’ safety. Should we be unable to run the PSA ASC in a physical format, the program will move to a virtual setting.

Where required, the PSA 2024 ASC will follow all recommended Covid-related health advice in the lead-up and during the event, Organisers will take reasonable measures to keep everyone attending the eventsafe, however, there is still a risk of transmission of Covid-19. Therefore,by participating in the PSA 2024 ASC, you and your party acknowledge and accept this risk.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING + CAPACITIES

Based on public health advice, delegates, sponsors/exhibitors, staff, and visitors, may be required to follow physical distancing guidelines where required. This includes queuing where indicated, minimising time in public spaces, and following staff instructions. In addition, we may recommend the wearing of face masks.

BAG/LUGGAGE/EQUIPMENT STORAGE

To limit contact where required, storage and handling of large bags, equipment, boxes, personal belongings, may not be possible so we recommend you make your own arrangements.

IF YOU ARE UNWELL

Should you feel unwell, experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms in the lead-up to the event, or are awaiting the results of a Covid-19 test, please do not attend the event.
